SA's auditor said situadores could easily profit on wage certificates
Any situador could make a profit of 26,000 pesos, Santa Cruz insisted, by borrowing money to buy up Florida wage certificates and libranzas at a third to a half of their face value, then redeeming them at face value with situado funds.
