SC proposed to enlist Havana prisoners for Fort King George
Until the independent company was fit for border service provincial troops from the colony posts were quartered at Fort King George. 11 [Note 11 JCHA, August 12, 15, 1721.] It was also proposed to enlist prisoners lately arrived from Havana to serve at the Altamaha River at £6 per month.
