Florida's governor and parish priest disagreed on what the total situado amount was
According to Florida governor Joseph de Zuniga y Cerda (1701d), the regular situado in 1701 was roughly 70,000 pesos (50,900 ducats). The parish priest figured the total situado at closer to 80,000 pesos (Leturiondo, 1700).
