FL junta agreed to use church reconstruction money for more pressing needsedit

Corcoles was careful, though, to consult the principal regular and secular clergymen in Florida, including the new Auxiliary Bishop Dionisio Resino, before taking such action [redirecting the funds rec'd in 12/1707], and they consented to postpone rebuilding of the church and convent until other more pressing colonial needs had been met.
