We remember this event with a short procession, waving palm branches, singing All Glory Laud and Honor, welcoming Jesus into our hearts, and demonstrating our willingness to follow him! Thursday April 2, 7:00 PM at Christ Church in Ponte Vedra - Maundy Thursday commemorates Jesus celebrating Passover with the Disciples, his betrayal, and ultimate arrest by the authorities. Jesus' act of washing the feet of his Disciples during their Passover celebration serves as our reminder of his service and humility. Friday April 3, 12:000 PM at the OAKS - Good Friday worship commemorates the crucifixion of Jesus and is represented by a solemn journey of prayer through the Stations of the Cross, a deep, spiritual practice that has taken place for over 1,000 years. Sunday April 5, Easter Sunday, 9:00 AM at the OAKS - our most important and ancient festival, celebrating the resurrection of Jesus Christ! His victory over sin and death offers us hope for salvation and eternal life, representing the amazing love and power of God. A morning filled with outstanding music and fellowship will fill you with the Holy Spirit as we live a new life in Christ! This service will be wonderfully crowded so come early and bring your family, friends and neighbors.
