Guale first came under attack from Chisca/Yuchis
Judging from the sparse documentary record-which for the early 17th century, during Spain's wars with the Netherlands, is sparse indeed-Guale Province first came under external attack in 1650, from Chiscas/Yuchis (Ponce de Leon, 1651a).
