The Holy Spirit is God's way of connecting with us. It's it's a physicalness the Holy Spirit and it's God's way of communicating with us. It's just the Holy spirit is that stuff that's just pours into us and stays in our hearts. It's our choice to say yes to it to acknowledge that it's there, but it's in each of us and it's like I said it's our connection to God and God's connection to us. This beautiful thread of life coming from wherever God is and to us.
It came up yesterday Jesus and both John the Baptist said the kingdom is heaven. The Kingdom of heaven is at hand or is near depending on the translation that you look at. But I'm more concerned about the translation of Kingdom of heaven is at hand. What is at hand mean it could mean it's in your hand cuz it's at your hand or it could mean just beyond your hand at hand. So I mean to me. You know Jesus talked about. He mentioned heaven under Sydney. Didn't he mention when it's here in a way and it's just a matter of aligning to it and having faith in it but aligning to it. And if Jesus is saying 2,000 years ago the kingdom's head of heaven is at hand. Does that mean it's just right in front of our hands for 2,000 years and it's not here yet? I don't think so. Think he's. I think he was speaking about knowing God and feeling the Holy Spirit feeling him and where they are right here. Right now we begin our alignment and are entering the kingdom while we're in three-dimensional form, perhaps perhaps
In reference to God creating Adam and us in the image and likeness of God, I feel that's more of a reference to the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit since the holy spirit is the vehicle which God travels and communicates with us. It's it was the holy spirit that impregnated Mary and so I mean the image and likeness of God. God doesn't isn't confined to a three-dimensional world as humans are. I mean if if if image and lightness with God meant that God looks exactly like us in this three-dimensional human form then God will be limited to a planet. You know like we're like we. We humans are so limited in what we can do and where we can go because of these three-dimensional forms existing in this three-dimensional world that we live in. And of course God isn't limited to that and he's unlimited and so that's an that's more of an energetic. That's energy that can travel and go and be wherever it wants to be and energy with consciousness, which is to me what the holy spirit is and so God creating Adam God creating man and the image and likeness of God to me is more of a reference to that part of God that the Holy, the Holy Spirit of God and and so you know these bodies that we're in. Of course they're going to just turn to dust one day, but that image and likeness of God that Holy spirit that that entered that energy. That is us that keeps us alive is eternal and ends. Another thing too of God is eternal and he's creating beings in the image and likeness of him part of that image and likeness. What is an eternal quality? It just makes sense
Philippians 1:21 NIV [21] For to me, to live is Christ and to die is gain. I was just watching the lyrics on a Christian music video and the phrase "To die is gain" pops up on the screen. Amy pointed out that this comes from Paul who said, "To live is Christ: to die is gain." I'm wondering if there's a mistranslation in there. To me, to live AS Christ and to die IS gain makes way more sense. I mean, that's what he talked about. Be be kind. Feed your brothers and sisters. Give them clothes if they need them. Take them in if they need to be taken in. Don't build walls. Don't be dicks. Just be as he was. That's living AS him. If you take it a step further, Jesus lived AS Christ. Jesus was the Christ, so what he gained was eternity, heaven, the kingdom. Whatever you want to call it, wherever you think it is. It's so much more than this three-dimensional world that we exist in as humans. But we're here living as humans just as Jesus did. He came here to live among us as us and invited us to live AS him. I mean, how easy is it to mistranslate something? We all know how easy it is. So I see that as a bad translation, a mistranslation. If I live AS Christ, I gain everything.
Perhaps Jesus said that there's no marriage in heaven because there's no need for it. Family is just known in heaven. Everybody we're all. We're all family everybody's family so it's not. There's no need for any formalized structure or wanting or desiring to be with family because you already are versus here in this three-dimensional realm of birth you know we feel drawn. We want to be a part of family because we feel so disconnected we don't. We don't realize what is known in heaven here. We don't realize that we already are connected. We've forgotten it and so we're constantly striving for it sometimes so hard that we end up hurting the people that we love the most
