article 4 messages Amy Howard To: Ivan Juric Article on legal opinions about beach ownership private or public.pdf 17698K [Amy: October 1992 issue] Mon, Jun 19, 2023 at 11:04 AM ivanjuric1234@comcast.net To: Amy Howard I knew that is too easy. Mon, Jun 19, 2023 at 7:06 PM Unfortunately the attached article is not the one I’m looking for. The article I remember was an “Environmental Exchange Point” article by Florida Department of Environmental Regulation and it discussed whether the sand/beach seaward of private homes was a private or public beach. I guess we must have several Environmental Exchange Point articles in our files. If you can locate those articles for me when you have time I would be most grateful. I give up. Here is a link to the archives. SPVCA Archives Tue, Jun 20, 2023 at 8:21 AM Don't trust Microsoft's online search function to work as well as your own computer. It's one of those big gripes they haven't resolved yet. Here's an example of people griping about it: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/msoffice/forum/all/onedrive-search-not-working-correctly-2022/e7d95433-133c-46d9-ba6d-e9ac7da059f6 If you want better search results, you can download the archive and use your computer's search. It's waaaaay better. That's what I did for my history project. Beware, it's huge. I searched both the online copy and my computer copy. When I search "Environmental Exchange Point" and other unique words in that article (like "intergovernmental"), I only get the same article that I already sent you. I searched "seaward" from your description, but that gave me so many results I gave up after half an hour. Maybe that article was not in the files. Maybe someone took it home? There are still a couple of documents in the briefcase that I haven't scanned and filed. Of course, maybe I missed a batch of files when I was scanning. It's certainly worth spending a few minutes in the drawers. I believe there are a few fat folders that I didn't break out into year folders. Those would be at the beginning or end of a drawer. https://mail.google.com/mail/u/0/?ik=05f09a5cd6&view=pt&search=all&permthid=thread-a:r-384785729631774601&simpl=msg-a:r-376523313548353… 1/2 11/7/25, 5:43 PM Gmail - article Sorry I can't keep digging with you. Last Saturday, the landscaper came back, replaced some dead plants, and added a few more, trimmed back the dune daisies and did minor weeding. We are looking for someone to maintain our flower beds and keep them looking nice. We know you have a green thumb and enjoy weeding and working with plants. If it would not be beneath you, would you be interested in doing that? At your convenience, please let us know if you are interested. We of course would supply any tools, material and pay you for your time. It sure looks like Baccharis would love our coastal climate. Are you thinking of planting some? On Sun, Nov 9, 2025 at 4:31 PM wrote: Would Baccharis survive in our climate? Baccharis Question: What is the name of the shrub planted throughout the Panhandle and Great Plains region during the Dust Bowl? Answer: Various species of the genus Baccharis, a woody plant that grows up to 12 feet in height and bears a resemblance to willow trees. One species, commonly called false willow, came to be known as the Roosevelt weed, New Deal weed, or poverty weed. During the Dust Bowl of the 1930s, the Roosevelt administration facilitated widespread cultivation of the plant to reduce wind erosion. False willow’s extensive root system improved soil retention and removed salts from the ground, enabling it to recover after severe erosion. Its white flowers bloom between August and November.

Amy,

Below link takes you to a long 58-page article from Midwestern Doctors, I found very informative and interesting.  The 1980 “CBS 60 Minutes” segment (link about 3 or 4 pages down) and the next link of a 75-year-old, who used the product for most of his life are eyeopeners.  Ivan

For the last 4 or 5 months, I have been taking 8 drops in my glass of prune juice and applying the lotion on my lower back & hips as needed. I am reading the book by Amandha Vollmer “Healing with DMSO” to learn more. Ivan

Amy,
Six or 8 months ago, I started with 4 drops of DMSO 99% Pharma Grade, Dimethyl Sulfoxide, increased gradually to 10-12 drops, now for the last 3 weeks I’m down to 8. I started using the lotion about a month ago is DMSO Gel with ALOE VERA (70% DMSO – 30% ALOE VERA).
Merry Christmas, Ivan
