Hello again fellow owners,
I thought it was important that everyone know what has transpired here at Belleza. I'm sure many of you know who Judy Johnson is. She was a former part time employee at Belleza for awhile and then became an owner in 2021.
Judy recently sold her condo at Belleza. She came back to Belleza this past Monday to hand out some small gifts for Christmas for a few residents. While she was giving another owner the list of recipients, she received a text. Below is a copy of it.
This text came from the CAM manager, Lynn Salcedo. There is no other words to say about this inappropriate text other than for you to read it yourself.
To me, this is the equivalency of verbal elderly abuse. We certainly don't need anyone working here at Belleza that is this vindictive. I hope that you might attend our board meeting on Monday, December 8th at 5 pm to also voice your concerns over this matter.
