A list of Cusabo tribes
The editor of the Shaftesbury Papers gives two other lists of these Cusabo tribes. The first is dated in Ui'i5-6 and mentions "the natives of Sainto Helena, Causa, Wimbohc, Combehe, Edistoc, Stonoc, Kiaway, llwan, Seewee, Santoo, Cussocs." Causa docs not appear again; Causa and Cussoc may refer to two sections of the Coosa. The second list is dated in 1707 and refers to "those called Cusabes, vtt: Santees, Ittavans, Scawces, Stoanocs, Kiawaws, Kussocs, St. Helena Ac. and Bohicotts."
